Price and billing

End Station Bags reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Changes made will take effect immediately after their publication.

The Platform may publish special offers and discounts for specific promotional campaigns.

The prices applicable in each product will be those published in the Platform and applied automatically in the payment process.

Any payment made to End Station Bags will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the User.

This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the User.

Shipping, price and delivery time

The amount and delivery period of the shipment will depend on the country of destination.

This information is provided at the time of purchase.

The user, when making the purchase, also makes the payment of the shipment. End Station Bags is not responsible for any Bank Transfer payment fees. Bank commissions and charges are on the customer.

All possible customs taxes are paid by the customer.

End Station Bags is not responsible for changes of address since the moment the order goes to the sending phase.

In this case, the user must contact the transport company.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer along with any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchange

Only the in-stock goods are available for return. The goods under the following categories can not be returned: Pre-Orders, Made-to-Orders, and Custom Order, the sales are final on these. You have 10 days to return your goods  from the delivery date.

  • The goods eligible for refund must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and returned with all its original labels, tags and packaging.
  • Return expenses are on the customer. If we manage the return ship, note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • If any tax and/or import duty applies to a returned product, the total amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • When returning any goods, the tracking number and proof of delivery will be necessary to confirm a returned item has been delivered back.
  • We will not be responsible for any lost returned goods.
  • Refunds will be done after reception and checkup of the goods, in 5-10 days.
  • Refunds and size exchange are unavailable on Made to Order, Pre-Order and Custom Order, which sales are final.
